ZUNIGA GUEVARA, Ricardo Manuel  and  SORIANO AYALA, Encarnación. Labor training can influence labor insertion perspectives for young people. Tla-melaua [online]. 2019, vol.13, n.46, pp.144-168.  Epub Oct 02, 2020. ISSN 2594-0716.  https://doi.org/10.32399/rtla.0.46.219.

This article from a reflexive analysis addresses the problems that young people face. Since, they are the most vulnerable in the current labor market reality. This is in comparison with other countries that have reached unsustainable rates of youth unemployment, for example Spain. The high rates of unemployment force public authorities and other administrations to take urgent measures, mainly in the fields of education and labor training. These instances concentrate the main difficulties that affect this cohort of the population. The conclusions point to the importance of training as a key element to face the arduous path to have labor insertion, by young people, and the decisive role the education system plays. Precisely, one of the elements of greatest interest is to determine what actions can be implemented in the educational field in order to transform the reality of the young people in the short medium and long time period.
