Abstract

This article is the result of a Research Project funded by the European Commission (EC) in 2017 that aimed to investigate, as a team among nongovernmental organizations and universities, on how, through the use of digital tools young people in underdeveloped conditions, comes about a relation between young people and digital technology which was the aim of the project.
The following work is divided into three sections, the objective, the theoretical framework, the methodology used in the fieldwork and the results are presented.
