Abstract

This research aims to show through a Factor Analysis supported by Varimax Rotation - how is the decision-making process manage in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area (GMA); and how it is related to its Organizational Culture, and the way it influences the processes of Innovation, Competitiveness, and Quality of Work Life. We have applied a self-developed instrument reaching 725 MSMEs in the GMA, developing a database to generate the same component extraction and gather them into different categories based on these criteria. The owner's decision is based on the degree of competitiveness and innovation that has, and the end it is recommended that to increase these rates and to improve its labor practices benefit of the enterprise and its employees.
