Abstract
FLORES FLORES, Deisy del Carmen; JIMENEZ VELAZQUEZ, Mercedes A.; CADENA INIGUEZ, Jorge and NUNEZ ESPINOZA, Juan Felipe. Social cohesion of the producer of selected flowers in Tequexquinahuac, Texcoco, Mexico. Rev. Mex. Cienc. Agríc [online]. 2014, vol.5, n.8, pp.1337-1350. ISSN 2007-0934.
The research aims to argue the degree of social cohesion that exists in the Producer of Selected Flowers in Tequexquinahuac SPR, RL, an organization composed of 20 members: 17 men and 3 women. The central idea is based on the interest to know elements that organize social agents around a common project; within the organization promoting social cohesion. The production of flowers is a success story in the Local Action Group (LAG) of Texcoco, therefore, the interest comes to know those factors (trust, identity, interest) that have allowed it to retain its structure, currently performing activities that promote their development. The results of this study will be used as an example to assist in generating social cohesion in other organizations belonging to the LAG Texcoco. These groups arise from the relations between activities of the Rural Economy Development (LEADER), which seeks to promote sustainable development strategies to improve the organization and quality of employment in rural communities programs.
