Innovation and technological development are fundamental factors for the development and competitiveness of enterprises, which is why nowadays there is a need to always be at the forefront with products, processes and technologies from companies, to face the competition and search for the opportunity to be competitive and productive in the industry that companies develop. It is for this reason that this research is done with micro, small and medium enterprises in the municipality of Angostura, Sinaloa; where it does not matter the size of the company to cover these elements that allows them to be more competitive, it is for this reason that was concluded that innovation and technological development, and proper training are key elements for the company to be more competitive in the market, which is why it is recommended to companies to be at the forefront of processes and equipment required to continue in the market offering greater amounts of products and variety of these to face the competition of any size.
