This document presents an input-output matrix in order to contribute to the application of networks theory and Leontief in a regional economy (Medellin, Colombia) by a traditional analysis of linkages forward and backward the input-output matrix. Taking into account the different relationships inter sectoral and intra-sectoral, a simulation exercise is generated with some of the strategic sectors and its impact on the regional economy studied.
