Abstract

This essay presents eight thesis on Human Rights from the perspective of the Critical Theory. First, it frames the theoretical frame of Critical Theory as such and points out the urge to study the Human Rights from a Critical perspective. Afterwards, each thesis claimed is treated in order to show how, from the perspectives of Politics, Epiatemology or Law studies, Human Rights have certain weaknesses and to show their genesis and the potential of many aspects of these rights.
