Throughout history, we point out philosophical arguments that favor or discourage the presence of the subject in the scientific process. Their interference provoked disagreements in the scientific conclusions, which can be specifically appreciated during Modernity. However, since Antiquity, there were already signs of prosecution of the subject, as can be seen, for example, in the discussion that relates to the existence or not of the void. In the Middle Ages the subject was given a preponderant place; in Modernity its isolation is radical. Around transdisciplinary philosophical tendencies, subjects are approached to contribute, once again, to the consideration of this in the demands of science and society.
