Abstract

Derived from globalization, it is important to understand the industrial location of high technology, such is the case of the aerospace industry, where it will be located in areas with high growth and development prospects, depending on the competitiveness offered by the regions. The objective of this work is to analyze the main location theories that affect the establishment of the aerospace industry in the country, with special emphasis on analyzing comparative advantages, the influence of agglomerations and industrial districts, as well as the impact of trade in said industry. The methodology that is used through a descriptive study of a qualitative type in which a literary review of the investigations around the industrial location is carried out, where the previous results indicate a high increase in the export rate of aerospace equipment, concluding that companies dedicated to the aerospace sector, being in a constant search to minimize their expenses, take their operation to those regions that offer them comparative advantages, being the case of Mexico.
