Abstract

PASQUO, Federico di; KLIER, Gabriela  and  BUSAN, Tomas. World Order, Hegemony and Environmental Issues. Soc. ambient. [online]. 2018, n.18, pp.95-116. ISSN 2007-6576.

This paper is transversally crossed by two central axes. In the first, an interdiscursive dominance on the theme of environmental problems of global order is established. That is, certain discursive hegemony has "crossed" the division of social discourses from, scientific, advertising, literary, and protests sectors discourses, to international programs, nongovernmental organizations speeches and environmental statements. In the second axis, it is emphasized that the installed theme of global environmental problems was used as a justification for the establishment of a global management.

Keywords : environmental issues; social discourse; hegemony; global management; glocalization.
