The purpose of this article is to analyze the cultural presence of the Huasteca community based in Mexico City. The study will focus one's attention on the manner in which the collectivity, autonamed Huasteca chilanguense, looks for the spaces to recreate in a constant way the Huasteca's symbolic universe (music, dance and food) in Mexico City.
