The main objective was to explore, with a qualitative methodology, the pre-existing conditions of vulnerability before pregnancy by three relevant areas of socialization: family, school, and work. We analyzed 19 life’s stories of por women, mothers before the age of 18, inhabitants of Iztapalapa. The results suggest that these women underwent through important disadvantages since childhood, which is accumulated, and also affected their lives even before pregnacy occurs. It was constructed, for qualitative analysis, the concept of vulnerability marker
