Abstract

Beyond the conception it takes marxism as a doctrine and as a dogma it transmuted into political/ ideological project, this article aims to unravel the epistemological essence of this tradition of thought and its methodological contributions to the study of the world economy and its main contradictions, taking as a methodological guideline the approach to dialectical development/underdevelopment and the crucial role it plays in mutual interdependence distribution to production and the whole economic process.
