Abstract
GRANADOS MARTINEZ, Abraham. Inequity spatial in health: case of Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico. Rev. econ. [online]. 2019, vol.36, n.93, pp.35-61. Epub Oct 09, 2020. ISSN 2395-8715. https://doi.org/10.33937/reveco.2019.105.
The article analyzes the spatial differences of inequity in access to health services by sex for the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico (ZMVM), with data from the Intercensal Survey 2015. Methodology used is analysis of spatial exploratory data. Results show a more equitable health cluster south of the ZMVM and two conglomerates with greater inequality in the northeast and southeast of the ZMVM. It is imperative to promote differentiated regional actions in access to health services, from a gender perspective, with comprehensive services based on rights and social justice.
