The study of the judicial resolutions of the Constitutional Courts is of great importance within our time. They express the legal reasoning that attempts to resolve the most controversial cases that take place in the highest courts of justice. One of these cases is the contradiction of thesis 293/11, which in Mexico refers to the restriction of human rights from international sources. Jurisprudential criterion that we analyze from the perspective of legal argumentation due to the high impact in the current context.
