Abstract

The present article has for objetives: i) evaluate the scopes of the regulation of the right to digital disconnection and ii) analyze the implementation of institutional policies in the private sector regarding the right to digital disconnection. In this sense, the research is correlational explanatory and bibliographic review, obtaining that at the international level the employer has a guaranteeing role for workers’ rights. However, in Peru the guidelines for the implementation have not been established of politicies for the right to digital disconnection in private companies. For this reason, this research work will address the challenges for the implementation of the right to digital disconnection, within the framework of the right to rest from work and the health of workers.
