Abstract
SALAZAR GONZALEZ, Lilia Yunuén and ARCUDIA HERNANDEZ, Carlos Ernesto. The protection of salaried work by international institutions and organizations. Derecho glob. Estud. sobre derecho justicia [online]. 2023, vol.9, n.25, pp.35-63. Epub Jan 22, 2024. ISSN 2448-5136. https://doi.org/10.32870/dgedj.v9i25.402.
This research has been designed to study the forms of protection of salaried work from an international context, specifically for Human Rights and the protection of Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights, as well as the International Labor Organization, this before the latent disappearance of social rights in the internal regulations of the States, which affect the working conditions and quality of life of workers and their families. The process of centralization and concentration of money in the great world economies and the effects that this has had on the regulation of working conditions are analyzed. Consequently, the precariousness and flexibility of work is observed, making it increasingly difficult for workers to satisfy their basic needs of food, housing, health, food and education. Therefore, it is important to identify the efforts made by international institutions and organizations so that States adopt legal criteria with which they seek to guarantee better living conditions for workers, as well as full access and exercise of their labor rights.
