Analysis reported central tendency measures for the graphs of 2018 and 2021. Results: well-being for the years 2018 and 2021 had differences within the organization and had statistically significant differences in betweenness-centrality, hub, clustering, and modularity indices. Well-being had more emotional contents within the higher degree nodes. The relationships (family and work) lessened their effect over well-being. Discussion and conclusions: during the pandemic, material resources, quality of the relationships, and the opportunities to prevent risks of contagion having the tranquility as a main guideline were salient for people to achieve health and ultimately, well-being.
