Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Mexico is a transcendental piece to achieve the desired economic and social growth, which makes the new companies a fundamental link to achieve it, however, the desired results have not been obtained because the life expectancy of the companies is short and there is a high death toll. Therefore, it is important to identify the managerial factors that influence the success of the enterprises in Ciudad Victoria. The methodological design to verify this relationship consisted of a quantitative investigation, in which a questionnaire was used for data collection, obtaining 250 validated surveys applied to entrepreneurs with businesses between three months and less than three and a half years of operation. . The main results highlight that the education dimension of human capital and the dimensions of business relationships and managerial skills of the entrepreneur skills variable are the managerial factors that most influence successful entrepreneurship.
