The following study aims to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on the film industry and the growth of streaming services. The qualitative method classified as exploratory is used to obtain updated and little-explored results. As an example, a high preference for the consumption of streaming services was found during the study period, indicating a strong growth of the same market, and thus increasing consumption capacities for the coming years.
