Abstract

This paper analyses the perceptions that the general workers in the Maquiladora Industry in Baja California, Mexico have in regards to the organizational practices, and how these perceptions affect their turnover. This research was made in the City of Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. The proposal we present consists of a model to describe and correlate the variables that cause turnover accordingly to the perceptions that the general worker has about the organization.
