This paper explains some demands above the management function and people direction that everyday gains much importance in the general organizations subject, and particularly in the Nuclear Power Stations, during the first decade of the 21 st century. lt has been noticed that Nuclear Power Stations and other complex organizations need to guarantee a high reliability, they ought to be proactives and the direction have to involve workers in a security culture. How do you advance in this direction?. An important part of the answer is found in two aspects: the direction need to be close to their workers and at the sarne time to know in a clear way what the organization 's mission is.
