Abstract

MARTINEZ GUTIERREZ, Rodolfo. Fifth systemic helix (FSH), a method for assessing the international competitiveness of electronics sector in Baja California, Mexico. Investig. adm. [online]. 2012, vol.41, n.110, pp.34-48. ISSN 2448-7678.

The objective of the research was to identify the factors that determine the systemic competitiveness within the field of study in the electronics sector in Tijuana, Baja California. The methodology used was called Fifth Helix Systemic (FHS), an evolution of the Triple Helix but systemic approach with the results of reference information was provided to the sectors: business, education, government, business associations and consultants to assist in the evaluation of public policy research subject sector and be a benchmark of FHS methodological adaptation for other sectors in any society.
