Abstract

SANCHEZ TRUJILLO, Magda Gabriela. Empirically weighted rpv risk model assessment for bankruptcy predictionin micro and small Mexican enterprises (MSES). Investig. adm. [online]. 2013, vol.42, n.112, pp.64-75. ISSN 2448-7678.

This research on business bankruptcy prediction aims to apply the empirically weighted RPV risk model assessment in micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the southern region of the State of Hidalgo, in order to identify the variables involved in the process of bankruptcy. To achieve this objective, the study proposes the empirical application of the Weighted Ratio Valuation Model (RPV) of Mosqueda (2010). The results shed important information that allowed the identification of variables that lead to bankruptcy.

Keywords : bankruptcy; prediction; risk; ratio.
