AGUIRRE MEJIA, Elena Tzetzángary  and  CANIBE CRUZ, Francisco. Analysis of key competencies, such as factors for knowledge transfer. Investig. adm. [online]. 2020, vol.49, n.126, 12605.  Epub Sep 11, 2020. ISSN 2448-7678.  https://doi.org/10.35426/iav49n126.05.

The objective is to identify key factors in teaching competencies for a successful knowledge transfer, through mixed methodology performing an explanatory comparative analysis and a factorial analysis, divided into six phases: 1) analyze key factors in knowledge transfer, 2) analyze key competencies in the training of university teachers, 3) comparison of variables 4) linear regression 4) linear regression MGCV (Virtual Teaching Competency Management Model), 5) Factorial Load Assessment, 6) Construction of the Knowledge Transfer Competency Management Model (MGCTC). Result show a reduction to 13 variables, identified as key competencies for knowledge transfer. The contribution of this work lies in the presentation of the MGCTC opportunity to reorient teacher training and ensure a correct transfer of knowledge, we recommend complementary research to graduates to compare and refine findings, since the limitations of this study is only the assessment of teaching.
