Abstract

CASTRO GOMEZ, Bricia Paloma  and  GARCIA HERNANDEZ, Mariel. Interactive totems for disseminating information to child users: A new pedagogical strategy before the exposure of information. Zincografía [online]. 2022, vol.6, n.12, pp.78-93.  Epub Feb 06, 2023. ISSN 2448-8437.  https://doi.org/10.32870/zcr.v6i12.112.

In Mexico, children have difficulties in reading and comprehension. The impoverished educational quality at a general level means that the learning capacities of children are not up to the level of other nations, despite the fact that the development of the study plans is varied and complete. From this study it was possible to establish that the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the pedagogical and information dissemination strategy is more playful and attractive for child users. In this sense, the proposal to implement interactive totems was developed as part of the teaching and dissemination strategy for this type of audience.

Keywords : Education; pedagogy; ICT; interactive totems.
