In this paper is carried out an analysis of the Mexican Health System norms content, to determine which concepts and provisions guarantee the human right to health of indigenous peoples. It referes to an intercultural vision that recognizes notions, techniques and practices of their health systems. Among the causes of non-compliance with their human right to health , particularly during the y COVID-19 pandemic, is the lack of theoretical tools that could linked the National System to the communities health systems.
