Abstract
CAPOTE-GUERRERO, Guillermo et al. Aplicación de los modelos multidimensionales pronósticos de mortalidad en intervenciones electivas. Anest. Méx. [online]. 2016, vol.28, n.3, pp.28-37. ISSN 2448-8771.
Preoperative evaluation of the surgical patient constitutes an essential link to the clinical trial, it is considered as the stage of search and discovery of information relating to the patient, surgery and anesthesia. The objective of the work is to apply multidimensional models forecasts of surgical mortality in elective interventions. We compared the results with the three conglomerates and the two dimensions.
Results.
The study confirmed that most of the patients left the hospital on condition of living. We could not demonstrate that there is a better model than another one. The alarm is considered important with the positivity of any of the three models.
