Abstract

ENTRENAMIENTO EN VIA AEREA MEXICO. EVALA.  and  FEDERACION MEXICANA DE COLEGIOS DE ANESTESIOLOGIA AC.. Situational diagnosis in devices for the approach of the difficult airway in Mexico. Anest. Méx. [online]. 2019, vol.31, n.2, pp.2-14. ISSN 2448-8771.

The airway (AV) is in constant evolution. Our knowledge is more exact every day. New technologies have enabled our knowledge to be more precise every day. Handling the AV on the anesthetized patient is one of the fundamental premises and in many cases the patient's life depends on it. The choice of the supraglotic device in the management of the AV depends on professional, training and skills of practice that each of the professionals develops. Each patient is different by their pathology, therefore each treatment of AV must be adjusted in each of them, as the key to the lock. The material available for AV hospitals is not the same in all, it varies from one private to, one public. However, the needs may be the same.

Keywords : Difficult airway; LMA; difficult intubation; videolaringoscopio and fiberscope.
