Abstract

LOPEZ-PEREYRA, Manuel  and  ARMENTA HURTARTE, Carolina. Inclusive Experiences of Diverse Families in Educational Spaces. Mexico and Latin America. Rev. latinoam. estud. educ. [online]. 2023, vol.53, n.2, pp.115-133.  Epub Oct 02, 2023. ISSN 2448-878X.  https://doi.org/10.48102/rlee.2023.53.2.561.

This paper presents a literature review on the experiences that the diversity of families in the Latin American region and, particularly, Mexico have had, and have, during the last 20 years. Although the review is not exhaustive, it seeks to show different approaches applied in research on the interactions between family models and learning spaces. First, it is necessary to make a brief introduction to family models, as well as the concept of educational space. Second, the review is presented in the following way: the documents that cover the educational practices in the family space and the works that deal with the family-school-community interaction.

Keywords : inclusive education; systematic review; educational spaces; families and education.
