This article aims to explore educational practices that approach critical and decolonial interculturality. It presents a situated educational research intervention that aims to put into practice the Intercultural Inductive Method in Educational Milpas. It shows the process of being, planning, and intervening from a personal, honest, critical, and complex vision, to approach a contextualized, dignifying, and conscious education. The results reveal a process rich in learning for all the people involved, without forgetting the limitations of trying to co-construct the educational act. It closes reaffirming the importance of education that puts the community and ethnic identity at the center as a matter of existence.
