Abstract

We report the case of a 23-year-old patient assessed in the Radiotherapy Service of the General Hospital of Mexico with a diagnosis of Treacher Collins and seal ring cell adenocarcinoma of the rectum, presenting cutaneous metastases compatible with seal ring cell adenocarcinoma; she is candidate for external radiotherapy. This syndrome occurs in 1 per 50,000 live births and it is rare that it presents with rectal cancer and skin metastasis, here the importance of presenting this case, with the unknown if it is related to oncologic pathology of the patient.
