Choroideal melanoma is the most frequent ocular tumor in adults. In this review we present 3 cases of patients with choroideal melanoma and eye preservation treated with External Beam Radiotherapy. The initial treatment was eye enucleation; however, in recent years there have been used conservative treatments such as Stereotactic Radiosurgery and I-125 Plaque Brachytherapy.
