Background:
Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) spreads to the lungs, liver, and bones. Metastasis of CRC in the breast is a rare event.
Case report:
50-year-old female patient with a history of non-oncological nephrectomy 11 years ago due to a clear cell variety renal cell carcinoma involving the renal capsule and pelvis. She was treated with tyrosinkinase inhibitors (TKIs) with low tolerance so she stopped. In 2017 progressed to stage IV, so restarted ITK. After 18 months the patient reported a nodule in the right breast. Biopsy immunohistochemistry concluded primary renal metastasis.

Although infrequent, an isolated lesion in the breast may be due to secondary
