Abstract

A young male patient came to the emergency department of Hospital Santa Marcelina de Cidade Tiradentes with signs of congestive heart failure and loss of appetite. A two-dimensional echocardiogram was performed, and a huge right ventricular mass was detected. Cardiac masses are always a challenge, and this article provides an overview of the subject.
