Introduction:

Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease. It affects all age groups; however, it is rare in children. The aim is to present the case of an infant patient and report on the management of psoriasis in pediatric patients.

Clinical case:

In histopathological analysis of skin biopsy, psoriasis vulgaris was confirmed, so treatment with topical calcipotriol was started, and after one month, significant improvement was observed.

Conclusion:

Since psoriasis vulgaris is a very rare condition in infants, there is little evidence to recommend any specific treatment.
