In the under developed countries tourism is considered as being an activity which enables to financiate the economic development. Two of the main characteristics wich arc atributed to it are its capacity to bring forcing money and to generate new jobs. In this study we are trying to demostrate, from the Acapulco's case, the incapacity of the tourist industry to generate the economical development.
