This work analizes the localization pattern change experimented by the motor vehicle industry in Mexico. That starts, in a general context, from the manufacturing industry territorial behavior analysis. This as a result of the commercial opening process and the productive reestructuraron that Is earring on a world competitivity context. The analized period is from 1985 to 1994.
