To make possible the transformation of cultural consumption into spaces where the construction of citizenship, governance and justice, can be possible, we need to recognize it as a right, and not as a simple individual entertainment. The cultural offer is centralized and in general is address to an already assiduous public. To face the inequalities generated by the market, this article explores the possibilities to make the cultural offer accessible to the majority. We conceive these majorities as groups of citizens who lack: places for reunion, spaces that help diversity appreciation, facilities for artistic studies, forums to express their arts, and locations to participate in the cultural work.
