The objective is to present a mathematical model for the explotation of a species of trees in the forest and determine regulatory measures of sustainability. It is shown that if natural conditions such as fertility, soil erosion, moisture, etc are maintained in the forest then preservation depends on an effective reforestation policy. The model shows, just from the economic point of view, that sustainability in the forest and obtaining the best income depend on a pricing policy.
