Introduction:
spontaneous cholecystocutaneous fistula represents an exceptional presentation of the cholecystitis. It mainly affects elderly and institutionalized patients and has a high morbimortality. Clinical cases:
we report five cases of spontaneous cholecystocuytaneous fistula.
Results:

Conclusions:
definitive treatment depends on clinical course and patient’s characteristics, varying among permanent percutaneous drainage or more frequently delayed cholecystectomy with fistulous track excision and reparation of the abdominal wall.
