This paper analyzes resolutions, regulation and Supreme Court resolutions concerning constitutional disputes, parties legitimacy, terms, inadmissibility causes, deficient complaint aid, resolutions' consequences and the most important constitutional controversy decided by our Supreme Court according with authors, the Temixco case, because it established new interpretation opinions and determined that constitutional controversy objective is the satisfaction of the human been who is under government institutions protection.
