BELMONTE, Mª Luisa  y  BELMONTE, Inmaculada. The era of educational bilingualism. Dilemas contemp. educ. política valores [online]. 2021, vol.8, n.2, 00023.  Epub 21-Abr-2021. ISSN 2007-7890.  https://doi.org/10.46377/dilemas.v8i2.2533.

The social transformation that globalization brought with it has meant that English is considered the most widely spoken language worldwide. This has implicated European education, and also Spanish, in which different bilingual programs have been implemented in educational institutions to improve the training of adolescents. This research examines the thinking of the students of the master’s degree in Teacher Training at the University of Murcia about bilingualism in educational centers, based on their gender, their experience teaching, their place of residence and the specialty studied. The results show that the master's students have a good perception of bilingualism, although there are statistically significant differences between their opinions.

Palabras llave : bilingualism; English language; Compulsory Secondary Education; students.
