Intussusception is a rare pathology in adults. Its presentation has an incidence of 2 to 3% of the occlusions that occur in adult patients. The objective of this study is to present an unusual form of colon adenocarcinoma appearance, since in most of the cases starts with abdominal pain. A 25-year-old female patient, with a family history of cancer, began with sudden abdominal pain, nausea, and vomit; by imaging studies and surgical findings intussusception of the ascending colon, an unusual presentation in colon cancer can be seen. Intussusception should lead to suspicion of a malignant pathology, since it is rare, and a clinical history should be taken in search of an oncological history.
