Inside the perspective of the Theory of Agency and in the frame of the Chilean university governments, the different opinions and principal agents and maximum collegiate bodies is analyzed, quarrelling about if a suitable size of the same ones exists; if the dimension affects the efficiency of the revenue function of the maximum collegiate bodies; if such a factor affects the university management; and finally, if the performance valuation of these boards of directors depends on its size. The statistical effected measurements try ease the tensions and disturbances in the principal agent axis, for a better university management function.
