The international environmental law is a discipline of international and have had its agreement since the seventies. The formation of the central role of the United Nations in the fight for environmental preservation is reflected in the performance of the International Court of Justice increasingly concerned and involved with environmental matters. There is an urgent necessity to develop and achieve the greening of the ICJ.
