It analyzes the different regulatory perspectives that have been approached since the 1970s at the UN, comprising the recently-created Working Group on Business and Human Rights. The author discusses the differences between corporate social responsibility and corporate human rights responsibility, to then analyze the criticism surrounding the work of John Ruggie, finishing with some ideas regarding some possible solutions for corporate regulation in the near future.
