In the present paper the formation of primordial molecules in pregalactic epochs characterized by redshifts 10 < z < 400 is considered. The calculation of the abundances of these molecules has been made under the assumption of a Non Standard Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (NBBN) which leads to significant abundances of carbon and oxygen. It is shown that for this case the relative abundance of the molecule CH based on primordial carbon should have values higher than 10-14, whereas the molecular abundances of species based on primordial oxygen turn out to be insignificant.
