Abstract
In light of the relation of the shell model and the cluster model, the concepts of localized and shellmodellike clusters are discussed. They are interpreted as different phases of clusterization, which may be characterized by quasidynamical symmetries, and are connected by a phasetransition.
Keywords: Cluster models; models based on group theory.
