ISSN 0188-6649. https://doi.org/10.21555/top.v33i1.160.
This paper defends an empiricist point of view about the problem of justification of knowledge. The stance, inspired in some writings of the last Quine, rejects at the same time the naïve empiricist commitment with the myth of the given and the radical thesis of teorethical charge of perception, finding an intermmediate position between those poles. This work includes, as a previous step, a critic to the so called “minimal empirism” of J. McDowell.
